Denver Dog.

Last weekend, my Boston Terrier Denver was struck by a car and passed away. This post is dedicated to him, and not in a sad way. This post is dedicated to all the crazy and funny things he did in his short life.

When Denver was just a little pup, only one of his ears decided that it wanted to be big. 

 He was about 8 pounds when we got him... but he thought he was a big dog. There was NO fear!

Denver was super FAST. 

And he would eat just about anything... 

His tongue was bigger than he was for a while, but he eventually grew into it.

In April 2010, we got his brother Cooper. He loved playing with his brother! 

 

And Denver LOVED playing ball... 

But don't let all the playing fool you... he was always very serious business. 

Denver loved to snuggle, especially with his Daddy! 

And again... he would eat just about anything...

Sometimes, we weren't even sure he knew he was a dog. 

But he was an amazing one! 

So here's to you buddy! We only had you for a short while, but you will always hold a special place in our family! We love you Denver!

Ok, so I know it's been a while since I blogged. But, it's the start of a new year, and the turning of a new page. Here's what's happened since my last post.

Lucas has celebrated 3 months and 6 months! 

 

Makenna also celebrated 3 months and 6 months!

Annaliese celebrated 1 month and 3 months!

  

Ashley & Mikey celebrated their engagement! 

My little sister got married and found out she was pregnant! 

My very good friends Louis and Adrienne got married <3

  

And most recently, we welcomed my sweet nephew Hunter into the world. 

He's pretty much.... amazing.

  

In the next few weeks, I will be welcoming a new family member as well. 

Yes, that's right... there's a new kid in town.

  

That's right! My little Nikon is getting a big brother! I am so excited about this new camera and the opportunities it is going to bring in 2011. 

So here we are!  Expect some updates on the blog, new photos, and new stories to be told! I am excited about 2011, and even more excited that I get to share those moments with you.

Sun Bathing Baby

Since Lucas' 3 month birthday falls in the month of August, we decided we would take some pictures of him doing what he loves to do... lay out by the pool.

Lucas is such a handsome & happy baby... and yes, he still sticks his tongue out at me. We also put him in his bucket for a few pictures! Too cute! (Expect to see the bucket in all of his pictures I take this year!)

Annaliese Kate

On August 2nd, little Annaliese Kate was welcomed into the world! She was 6 lbs 8 oz. and 20 inches long! (She's going to be taller than her parents!)She is absolutely beautiful, and the spitting image of her Daddy, Jason, who is already wrapped around her tiny finger.

Welcome to the world Miss Annaliese! I am so proud to be a part of your little life, and will enjoy watching you continue to grow into a beautiful little girl!

Fireworks on the Fourth

Ok, so I know that July is almost over. I have been busy finishing up my last semester of college, which needless to say was pretty crazy. But it is all over now, and I am officially a college graduate. :)

I have not had any clients this month (yet another side effect of the really busy schedule), but I didn't want to leave all my readers empty handed. So here are some pictures I took on the Fourth of July!
